Choice Mortgage Group reports that it is partnering with mortgage coaching veteran Tammy Schneider to recruit and mentor top loan originators.
Schneider, who began her mortgage career in operations in 2006, brings nearly two decades of experience and a proven track record of helping professionals build thriving businesses. She is recognized for her holistic approach to coaching, which integrates business development with balance in family, health and spiritual life.
“For years, I’ve helped loan officers build a structure that lets them focus on what they do best, while leveraging support in critical back-office areas,” Schneider says in a release. “That balance is what drives sustainable success. Choice already has that infrastructure in place, backed by a dedicated and knowledgeable team. I wanted to align with a company that values consistent operations and follows a SWET — same way, every time — approach.”
Choice has been executing a strategic national expansion plan, opening new offices in New Mexico, Colorado and New Hampshire this year alone. Schneider’s expertise will help accelerate this growth by identifying and cultivating top-tier talent.
“Tammy was a dynamic trainer and leader when I first met her years ago through the Mortgage Marketing Animals’ Freedom Club, where professionals supported one another in building stronger businesses,” says Emmanuel St. Germain, CEO of Choice Mortgage Group. “Her knowledge of what it takes to succeed in this industry — and her network of talented professionals — will be invaluable as we take Choice to the next level.”
Choice has been able to attract brokers who want to transition their business model by joining a lender, gaining access to the firm’s operational, marketing and training resources.
“We are creating a community of loan officers,” St. Germain adds. “The industry has been depressed after three tough years and getting to be part of a community and work alongside top talent is making it fun again.”
For Schneider, the partnership represents an alignment of values and vision.
“I am convinced that Choice has the right structure to help originators not only develop but also reach new levels in their business,” she says. “Now is the time to evaluate what you need to thrive in this industry — today and for the future.”
