In an effort to become a “dominant player in the national title business,” Chronos Solutions reports that it has launched a national title originations division.
The launch of the new division is in keeping with the firm’s overall mission to become a “true end-to-end provider of lender services,” says Matt Martin, founder and chairman of the company, in a release.
The new national title originations division will be located in Pittsburgh and will be headed by Kandi Jablonski, executive vice president for national operations.
“Over the last year, Chronos Solutions has strengthened its position as the only true end-to-end provider of lender services, with several acquisitions that have expanded our footprint within the origination space,” Martin says.
In addition to running the division, Jablonski will oversee expansion of the nationwide operation into several key states, with the hub in Coraopolis, Penn.
She is supported by an executive team with more than a century of combined experience in title insurance and settlement services, including Dan Loughlin, senior vice president of national operations; Sue Gresko, vice president of operations; and Judy Freeman, vice president of national title production.
Jablonski, who joined Chronos Solutions in October 2016, began her career in 1997 at Pennsylvania Land Title. In 2002, she was promoted to president of national operations, a position she held for nine years.
Prior to its merger with ServiceLink/Black Knight Financial Services, she was vice president of national operations at LSI, a Lender Processing Services Inc. company. She also served as vice president of operations at Freedom Mortgage Corp. and senior vice president director of national operations at Title365 Co.
