Churchill Mortgage has opened its first physical branch in Colorado to meet the state's rising home buyer demand. The new branch office will provide mortgage products for the highly populated Front Range area, which includes Boulder, Fort Collins, Greeley, Loveland and Longmont.
Jay Garvens, an industry veteran with 16 years of experience, will manage the branch and provide financially tailored loan programs to borrowers in Colorado Springs and surrounding communities.
Garvens previously served as owner, principal and broker at The Garvens Group in Colorado Springs to provide lending services to home buyers and, as a retired Army Aviation officer himself, to provide Veterans Affairs loan support for military members and their families.
Kay Fruci, a 13-year veteran, will serve as vice president of operations to oversee the branch's daily operations and work directly with borrowers through the origination process. As director of marketing with seven years of experience, Tanya Cross will lead outreach initiatives and establish relationships with borrowers and referral partners.
