The Closing Exchange, which offers signing and support services to the mortgage industry via a trusted notary network, has rolled out an enhanced signing service for the reverse mortgage market.
The company recently acquired Notary Direct and Skye Closings, resulting in the launch of this new signing service.
The Closing Exchange now delivers a senior-sensitive, high-touch signing experience by an Elite Reverse Mortgage signing agent.
“At The Closing Exchange, we understand the unique needs of the senior community and that a reverse mortgage is not like every other real estate transaction,” says Alan Frelix, CEO of the Closing Exchange, in a release. “We will be your consultative partner to build an end-to-end signing experience customized to your customer.”
The Closing Exchange claims that it can help reverse mortgage companies increase their pull-through rate.
The company has a team of trained and tested panel members who understand the intricacies of a reverse mortgage transaction, including the differences between reverse and forward document sets, the reverse mortgage application, and closing processes, it says in its release.
