Colliers Macaulay Nicolls (CMN), the largest member firm of Colliers International, a global provider of commercial real estate services, plans to consolidate operations in the Greater Los Angeles region to improve operational efficiencies and streamline its resources.
Currently, CMN operates 10 local offices in the region: Downtown Los Angeles, Commerce, Inland Empire, Orange County, San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley, South Bay, Valencia, Victorville and Century City (West Los Angeles).
Under the consolidation plan, Colliers is closing two offices and folding those operations into the remaining eight locations. The San Gabriel Valley office will transition to Inland Empire, while the Century City office will be combined with the Downtown branch. Any operational redundancies will be corrected to streamline the business.
