Colonial National Mortgage Opens New Branch In Little Rock

National lender Colonial National Mortgage is opening a new retail branch in Little Rock, Ark.

James Nichols will manage the new location. Nichols has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including residential, commercial and consumer lending, new business development, strategic initiatives, and more.

Yvonne Lowe will serve as the location’s sales manager. Lowe joins Colonial’s management team with extensive experience in sales management and a proven record of success in residential, commercial and consumer lending in the Little Rock area.

Scott Cross has also joined the Colonial team in Little Rock as a loan officer. He will provide a full array of loan programs to home buyers.

The branch expects to add additional loan officers in the near future and is actively recruiting experienced mortgage originators to serve the Little Rock market.

Colonial National Mortgage services 99% of the loans it originates. It is one of the largest mortgage servicers in the U.S., with a portfolio of $26 billion.

The lender offers a wide variety of mortgage products, including Federal Housing Administration, Veterans Affairs, jumbo, conventional, condo and innovative single-close construction loans.
