Commercial Finance Advisors, a commercial loan broker based in Birmingham, Mich., has opened an online commercial mortgage broker store at www.cfa-commercial.com.
The company says it is offering such tools as commercial broker fee agreements, co-broker agreements, non-circumvent agreements, loan spreadsheets, training books that the company authored and DVD training programs.
‘Historically, brokers have had to lean on attorneys or other professionals within the business to get access to these type of tools,’ notes Jeff Rauth, president of Commercial Finance Advisors. ‘Because of our volume, almost everything we offer is under $50 and has all been street-tested and proven.’
