Jason Roth, co-founder of automated compliance solutions provider ComplianceEase, has been named chief technology officer for the company.
A 20-year technology veteran with specific experience in software development and management, Roth previously served ComplianceEase as senior vice president of product management. In that role, he led the development of the company's automated compliance suite, including the design and launch of the new TRID Monitor module within the ComplianceAnalyzer.
As chief technology officer, a newly created role for ComplianceEase, Roth will be responsible for technology, strategy and execution across all of the company's products and platforms, which include automated compliance, income and identity verification, and loan document generation and closing.
According to ComplianceEase, Roth will now organize all of the company's software development and testing, technology operations, and client/partner platform integration functions.
