CoreLogic has acquired HomeVisit, a provider of marketing focused real estate solutions, including property listing photography, videography, 3D modeling, drone imagery and related services, from Breakaway Holdings.
Terms of the deal were not revealed.
HomeVisit currently operates in the mid-Atlantic region and, when combined with CoreLogic workflow platforms serving over 800,000 real estate professionals, is expected to enable the next generation of property marketing solutions for real estate professionals, multiple listing services (MLSs), brokers and agents across North America.
“The combination of CoreLogic and HomeVisit is highly synergistic and allows us to continue to grow and expand the HomeVisit product suite on a national scale,” says Frank Martell, president and CEO of CoreLogic, in a release. “At the same time, the addition of HomeVisit will allow us to further augment our digital data capture capabilities.”
Symbility is a provider of cloud-based property claims workflow solutions for the property and casualty insurance industry. The acquisition expands CoreLogic’s insurance and international footprint.
“The acquisition of Symbility further progresses our long-term strategic plan by adding scale to our insurance and spatial businesses and international footprint,” Martell says.
