CoreLogic’s Credco Instant Merge credit reports are now available on BeSmartee, an adaptive next generation loan origination process that utilizes big data, artificial intelligence and auto-population to enable borrowers to go from initial contact to underwriting in minutes.

The inclusion of Instant Merge credit reports is the first of a series of planned integrations on BeSmartee.

Available through more than 60 mortgage technology platforms, the Instant Merge credit report provides specific demographic information, current and historical tradeline details and public records and inquiries with additional features such as identity verification, multiple scoring options and detailed creditor contact information, CoreLogic says in a release.

Lenders can request an Instant Merge credit report to obtain borrower information from the three major credit bureaus.

“At CoreLogic, we’re constantly looking for innovative ways to allow both lenders and borrowers to more effectively utilize our solutions,” says Kevin Mullins, principal, business development for CoreLogic. “We’re excited to add Instant Merge to BeSmartee and to help ensure that lenders can help provide their potential borrowers with a faster origination process, led by a top-notch solution from a leading provider of merged credit reports.”

“BeSmartee’s clients license our point of sale platform to enhance their user experience and improve conversion, while also streamlining their processes to reduce rework and increase efficiency, which ultimately reduces their overall net costs to originate loans,” adds Arvin Shankian, co-founder of BeSmartee. “It’s for these reasons that integrating with the right vendors play a major role in helping us deliver our services. When it’s time to choose which vendors to integrate with, it is important they not only have a good reputation for doing good business, but also have the capabilities to deliver their services through our platform quickly, and reliably.”
