Credit Reporting and Verification Solutions Provider Service 1st Hires Four Industry Veterans

Elaine Edginton recently joined Service 1st, a provider of credit reporting and borrower verification solutions, as vice president of operations, while Tom Moser recently joined as manager of systems integration.

In addition, Brad Shiller and Kerry Goodman have joined the company as national sales directors.

Edginton has nearly four decades of leadership in mortgage operations. She has successfully built and managed high-performing teams and has expertise in leading audits, managing examinations, and implementing compliance frameworks. Prior to joining Service 1st, Edginton held executive roles at several large mortgage organizations, including CrossCountry Mortgage and Change Home Mortgage.

Moser brings an extensive background in technology and quality control within the mortgage industry. Prior to joining Service 1st, he served as director of technology and quality systems at Dart Appraisal, where he oversaw technology implementations and compliance initiatives.

Shiller brings a strong background in business development and relationship management in the mortgage industry. He held key roles at Factual Data and Data Facts, where he was instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding market share through strategic sales initiatives.

Goodman has more than 25 years of sales and business development experience in mortgage lending and real estate. He has held leadership roles at Indecomm, Verity Global Solutions, and LoanLogics, where he was responsible for developing key client relationships and driving significant business growth. 

These industry veterans will help Service 1st accelerate loan processing, strengthen compliance, and enhance automation—ensuring lenders get faster, more accurate borrower verification solutions that streamline the loan origination process, the firm says in a release.
