Dimont, a Dallas-based hazard insurance claims management company serving the residential and commercial mortgage industries, has now entered into a strategic partnership agreement with OrangeGrid, an Anaheim, Calif.-based provider of an Enterprise platform-as-a-service application suite that uses intelligent business process management technology to digitize business processes.
According to Dimont, this collaboration will enable housing industry customers to access Dimont's claims processing capabilities and industry experience through OrangeGrid's technology suite. Customers will now be able to modify hazard claims procedures and reporting in a more efficient and cost-effective manner.
OrangeGrid says its application was designed to be the next-generation software solution for companies in any market or industry to adapt to rapid process change without going through the conventional lifecycles of software development.
