Dimont, a Dallas-based provider of hazard claims insurance processing for the residential and commercial mortgage industries, has hired Rick Lewellen, Teresa Epperson, Judi Ray, Mark Siratt, Mark Lehner, Anne Foltz, Lyne Donovan and Tom Bradham, in addition to promoting long-term executives Tom Stover and Rick Hart.
Tom Stover, a 25-year industry veteran, has been promoted to senior director of solution development to provide strategic, analytical and systems support for a variety of projects and to serve as the chief steward of the company's financial systems, business intelligence and data. Previously, Stover served as vice president of cash and escrow operations at JP Morgan Chase & Co.
Rick Hart, another long-term company professional, previously served Dimont as chief operations officer. With this promotion, Hart now serves as senior vice president.
Rick Lewellen, an 18-year mortgage servicing veteran, has been named director of national sales. In this role, he will lead the creation of new business services to develop internal and external relationships, expand company services, and negotiate strategic alliances. Lewellen has prior experience serving Dimont as vice president of national sales.
Teresa Epperson, with over three decades of experience, has joined the company as director of human resources. She will focus on talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation and benefits, training, records management and employee relations. Epperson previously served as director of human resources for a Dallas-based provider of security systems.
Judi Ray, Mark Siratt and Mark Lehner, with 30, 20 and 15 years of experience, respectively, have joined the company as client relations managers to develop relationships, identify process efficiencies, and assist with sales and marketing.
Anne Foltz has been named Dimont's new marketing manager, where she will oversee all marketing disciplines, including research, networking, trade show management, industry analytics, website content and developing brand concepts. Prior to Dimont, Foltz served as a marketing specialist and supplier diversity representative at a Dallas-based engineering and construction firm.
Lyne Donovan has been named controller and is responsible for all accounting operations, including producing periodic financial reports and maintaining accounting records, among other responsibilities.
Tom Bradham has been appointed chief operations officer, succeeding Rick Hart. Bradham will lead all of Dimont's operational and technical capabilities. He previously served as vice president and chief information officer for a Chicago-based firm that provides default-related legal and business process outsourcing solutions for the residential mortgage and consumer credit industry.
