Docutech, a provider of document, e-signing, e-closing and print fulfillment technology, says its Solex platform has achieved MISMO eClosing certification, confirming that the platform and its policies and procedures have met or exceeded MISMO’s set of industry standards.
MISMO certification standards provide a common language for exchanging data and information among mortgage industry participants, helping encourage broader adoption of digital mortgage solutions. Docutech has also recently renewed MISMO’s remote online notarization (RON) certification, another certification within MISMO’s eMortgage Technology Certification Program.

Solex enables lenders to digitize their closing process from the initial delivery of the closing document package through settlement and post-closing. Documents are seamlessly delivered via Solex for the borrower to review, e-sign, and remotely notarize to optimize and accelerate the title and settlement process.
