eMortgage Logic, a broker price opinion (BPO) provider, has added loss mitigation services to its offerings.
‘During the last several months, we have developed and carefully tested our product,’ says Ralph Sells, president of eMortgage Logic. ‘Working with clients that are faced with trying to make contact with mortgagors, we believe we have simplified the process and streamlined the Web-based system to make it easy to use and very client-friendly.’
‘Utilizing our loss mitigation product allows our clients to have a skilled real estate agent reach out to the mortgagor at their property to try to help open that very important line of communication,’ adds Gene O'Bannon, executive vice president of business development. ‘In addition, it gives a qualified individual used to completing paperwork to assist with the completion of financial statements and, if necessary, provide a warm transfer back to the client's office.
‘Plus, an added feature is when the package is returned to the client, it will include a mini BPO, which helps give a value indication, as well as a property and neighborhood condition report,’ O'Bannon continues.
