Envoy Mortgage recently hired two new regional account managers and a new business development officer for its correspondent lending division.
Tom Van Auken is the new regional account manager for eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Delaware. Van Auken began his mortgage career in 1998. During his 18 years in the business, he has worked as a correspondent lending internal account executive and account executive supporting regional banks, community banks and credit unions.
Karen Ellsworth is the company’s new regional account manager for Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Ellsworth has more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including mortgage insurance, wholesale lending and correspondent lending. Previously, she was an account executive with Plaza Home Mortgage, working with banks and credit unions. She also helped to start a community bank and credit union division for Merrimack Mortgage.
Garrett Bracken is the company’s new business development officer for the western division. Bracken has worked in the mortgage finance industry as an originator for Wells Fargo Private Mortgage Banking, where he was a top producer. In addition, he also served in the Wells Fargo Capital Markets group. He helped launch the America’s Homeowner Alliance, the first advocacy alliance representing the existing and aspiring homeowners in America.
