Exceleras, a provider of default software solutions for banks, servicers, subservicers, capital market groups and other mortgage and real estate industry professionals, has updated its DispoSolutions Real Estate Owned (REO) platform with new functionality.
Specifically, Exceleras has added insurance companies to its growing list of available vendor types, increasing the vendor management power it is building into the platform.
In addition to the DispoSolutions platform, Excleras also offers the ValueSolutions Collateral Valuation and ClearView Offer Management platforms.
“With the addition of our users’ insurance providers, DispoSolutions users can now manage all key partners in the real estate sales and asset management processes,” says Amy Bergseth, chief operating officer for Exceleras, in a release. “Our users can now work directly with property repair, preservation, appraisal, valuation and redemption companies as well as title, closing and eviction attorneys and now insurance companies without ever leaving the platform. This makes DispoSolutions the most powerful software of its type available today.”
The new functionality allows users to assign properties to insurance companies and send tasks to them directly through the DispoSolutions platform.
Users are advised to direct their insurance vendors to visit the Exceleras website and create an account.
