FirstService Williams, a provider of services such as leasing, property management, investment advisory services, development and mortgage brokerage, has launched a revamped Web site.
The site – www.fswre.com – reflects the company's look and branding by featuring enhanced graphics. The new site also includes market data, client tools and a more user-friendly interface, the company says.
Among the commercial real estate market data found on the Web site are reports published by FirstService Williams, which are available as PDF downloads. The reports cover the Manhattan; New Jersey; Fairfield County, Conn.; and Westchester County, N.Y., office markets, as well as the Manhattan capital markets.
Through FirstService Williams partner Virtual Premises, clients can utilize an online service that assists them with task management, lease administration and professional reports. And through a service provided by partner Angus Systems, the company adds, tenants can submit service requests at several FirstService Williams-managed buildings right on the Web site.
