Real estate industry veterans Henry Gallin, Michael Glick, Frank Sullivan and Ray O'Keefe have launched Gallin Glick Sullivan O'Keefe, a new national consulting firm designed help investors, lenders, corporate users, owners, government agencies and service companies formulate and execute real estate strategies.
Headquartered in New York, the company operates on a national basis and provides consulting services across all commercial real estate asset classes and disciplines.
The firm will consult on a comprehensive range of services, situations and disciplines, including strategic planning for subperforming and nonperforming loans and real estate owned properties (including workouts in lieu of foreclosure); office space evaluation (portfolio and policy analysis for disposition, consolidation and corporate asset management); acquisitions (pricing, negotiation, supervision of due diligence, structuring and capitalization); dispositions; team assembly and direction; and growth strategies for real estate services firms.
