Denver-based Granite Loan Management has added a legal department to the company. This department is designed to further enhance the products and services provided to customers, Granite says.
In addition to reviewing contracts and handling a variety of legal and compliance issues, the legal department will be working with Granite's various departments to ensure Granite minimizes legal risk to its customers and provides legal protection to the company.
The legal department consists of Will DePuy, the newly appointed general counsel of Granite and its affiliated companies, and Vicki Krengel, paralegal.
