Green Park Financial, a multifamily lender based in Bethesda, Md., has entered into correspondent agreements with two companies: Thomas D. Wood and Co. of Coral Gables, Fla., an independently owned commercial mortgage banking firm, and The Rose Hill Group, a Buffalo, N.Y.-based mortgage banking firm.
The agreements place the firms among an exclusive group of 20 correspondents in Green Park Financial's national network of loan originators, Green Park Financial says. Thomas D. Wood and Co. and The Rose Hill Group will now be able to originate loans for Fannie Mae's Delegated Underwriting and Servicing program.
