The ceremonies kick off Tuesday, with a Senate Banking Committee hearing titled ‘Housing Finance Reform: Should There Be A Government Guarantee?’ Appearing before the committee will be Peter Wallison, a fellow with the American Enterprise Institute; Adam Levitin, a law professor at Georgetown Law Center; and Dwight Jaffee, a real estate and finance professor at the University of California, Berkeley.

Among the panelists listed are officials from HUD and NeighborWorks America, as well as an official from the U.S. Government Accountability Office and Peter H. Bell, president of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association.
