Independent mortgage banker Guild Mortgage Co., based in San Diego, has chosen Jordan Flowers to be the branch manger of its Kirkland, Wash., branch.
Flowers has 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry and specializes in both wholesale and retail lending. Previously, he was a branch manager for American Pacific Mortgage in Kirkland. Prior to that, he served as the sales manager for imortgage.
In addition, Flowers is expected to be the programs committee chair for the Washington Mortgage Bankers Association through 2016.
As its new manager, Flowers says he will foster a sense of community in the Kirkland office.
‘Guild has a community focus, which is the culture we want to have flourish in our branch. Giving back to the community through charitable causes is very important to me and my colleagues,’ he says.
