Guild Mortgage, one of the largest independent mortgage lenders in the U.S., recently entered the North Dakota market, with the opening three new branches in Bismarck, Dickinson and Minot.
What’s more, the lender says it will soon be opening another branch in Hazen, N.D.
Loan officer Tracy Roberts, who has more than 12 years of experience in finance and lending, and more than 20 years in management and business ownership, will oversee all of Guild’s offices in North Dakota. She will be stationed in Bismarck.
Roberts will be joined by loan officer Brian Hanson, also in Bismarck, along with sales manager Susan Lemon in Dickinson and sales manager Amanda Mathews in Minot.
In addition, Christine Berger has joined Guild and will work out of the new location in Hazen.
In a release, Roberts says Guild plans to open several additional locations in North Dakota and that she is always looking for new mortgage professionals to join her team.
Headquartered in San Diego, Guild Mortgage has more than 4,000 employees spread across more than 250 offices in 26 states. The lender achieved record loan volume of $15.9 billion in 2016 – up 15.3% from $13.8 billion in 2015.
Today, Guild claims to be a top-10 national lender by purchase loan volume.
