Alpharetta, Ga.-based real estate investment company Hibernian Pacific Holdings LLC (HPH) has purchased a portfolio of 45 single-family attached and detached residential properties in DeKalb County, Ga. The purchase marks the company's entry into the single-family real estate market.
‘Our core and focus at HPH has been commercial real estate assets and non-performing commercial real estate loans owned by community banks,’ explains Jason Joseph, president and CEO of HPH. ‘This transaction was a strategic step to grow a portfolio of assets in the residential market, because we are going to continue to see this type of asset in the community bank sector.’
The property portfolio was purchased from a private seller. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
