A 22-story Hollywood office building that is home to major entertainment and media companies is reportedly ready to be sold.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the Sunset Media Tower is being sold by its nearly three dozen individual owners to Kilroy Realty Corp., based in West Los Angeles, for about $76.5 million. The 320,892 square-foot building has been listed for sale since November 2010.
The Sunset Media Tower is one of Hollywood's largest office structures and is the corporate headquarters for Nielsen Media Research, Associated Production Music and the Frederick's of Hollywood lingerie company. Until recently, it was also the headquarters of the House of Blues concert venue operator.
