As part of its ongoing expansion, national residential mortgage lender Homespire Mortgage recently opened offices in New Mexico, Ohio and south-central Texas.
Industry veteran Lynda Fazio is serving as area manager in New Mexico, alongside mortgage expert Dave Purdy, who serves as regional manager. Fazio’s team brings more than 65 years of combined experience to the market with plans to open three additional branches in New Mexico over the next year.
Kyle LeDuc, senior mortgage advisor, serves as manager of Homespire’s Columbus, Ohio branch. Having served more than 140 families in 2020 alone, LeDuc’s extensive experience in the local market allows him and his team to provide borrowers expert guidance and exceptional service within Ohio’s extremely competitive housing market.
Kevin Whatley is regional manager of south-central Texas. Whatley is already well-established in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and is leading the opening of additional offices in the Austin and Houston market. He and his team see potential for the region to grow to a $1 billion housing market over the next year with strategic management.
Homespire plans to expand into other markets including Alabama and Florida, with branches already serving the Port St. Lucie, Tampa and Orlando metro areas.
