Fenn Meents has joined iEmergent, a forecasting and data analytics firm for the banking and mortgage lending industries, as chief growth officer.
Previously, Meents was responsible for leading strategic initiatives at Primary Capital Mortgage Inc. In this role, he was introduced to the iEmergent forecasting tool, Mortgage MarketSmart, which he used to inform corporate level decision-making on strategic growth and resource allocations.
Prior to Primary Capital Mortgage, Meents worked with the mortgage banking division of Community & Southern Bank for two years, focused on building out a new origination platform and managing the secondary marketing activities. For eight years prior to that role, he was a top-producing loan officer at SunTrust Mortgage.
In his new position, Meents is responsible for driving product strategy and organic growth while expanding sales and marketing efforts for Iowa-based iEmergent.
