Incenter, which offers capital markets and fulfillment services for mortgage lenders and specialty finance companies, reports that it has acquired Boston National, a national provider of title and settlement services.
Terms of the deal, which is already closed, were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Charlotte, N.C., Boston National provides comprehensive, residential, and commercial title and settlement services in all 50 states.
As a result of the acquisition, Incenter will acquire Boston National’s state-of-the-art technology and unique, channel-specific service delivery model, according to a release.
John Keratsis, CEO of Boston National, will join Incenter, focusing primarily on the strategic integration of the title and settlement process with Incenter’s other service offerings.
