Business process outsourcing and learning solutions provider Indecomm Global Services now has a stronger foothold in the mortgage training space, with the acquisition of mortgage training solutions provider Mortgage U Inc.
The companies – which have been partners for about two years – say they share a common vision of marrying technology with quality content to create effective training solutions.
The acquisition of Mortgage U's assets will enable Indecomm to expand its mortgage training offerings, as well as its compliance support and consulting services. As a result, Indecomm can now claim to specialize in mortgage training – a field that is growing rapidly due to the surge of new government regulations redefining the mortgage banking industry.
Indecomm's new mortgage training services will be branded as Indecomm-Mortgage U.
