Indecomm Global Services reports that it has launched a new e-recording platform called InteleDoc Direct that works with its Recopedia recording toolkit.
The company claims that it is the first vendor to come out with a Web-based e-recording platform coupled with a toolkit that provides current county-specific requirements and fee calculation for all real estate document recordings.
By coupling InteleDoc Direct with Recopedia, Indecomm- or client-directed submissions can be completed with ease and minimal data entry at any point in the process.
As Indecomm explains in a press release, most industry e-recording systems offer prompts and tips about county requirements. Indecomm, however, provides the exact county specifications.
Indecomm claims it is unique in providing a toolkit that is available to attorneys, title agents and lenders at any point in the title and closing process. It offers precise recording fee calculations, comprehensive recording checklists with information on how to accurately submit documents, county turn times and more, the company says.
It also offers the ability to track and stay within tolerances for recording fees under the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s new TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures rule.
Indecomm will be exhibiting the new solution at the National Settlement Services Summit, to be held June 6-8 at the Le Meridien and Sheraton Hotels in Charlotte, N.C.
