Inlanta Mortgage Inc. has promoted Gary Grocholski to third-party origination (TPO) manager to handle the company's expanding TPO business and oversee the execution of new partnership agreements.
Grocholski, a 17-year veteran, previously served as Inlanta's branch liaison and account executive. In this position, he helped loan officers and branch managers improve the quality of loan files and efficiently steer compliant files through the mortgage pipeline.
According to the company, Grocholski was also instrumental in on-boarding and educating new loan officers on Inlanta systems and processes.
This appointment is a part of the company's overall organizational shift due to increasing TPO volume. TPO agreements allow financial institutions to expand their mortgage product offerings, increase fee income, decrease overall expense and mitigate compliance risk.
