Brookfield, Wis.-based lender Inlanta Mortgage Inc. has been granted approval with government-sponsored enterprise Freddie Mac.
Under Freddie Mac's agency approval, approved lenders such as Inlanta Mortgage can help people get lower housing costs and better access to home financing, according to the company.
Inlanta notes that the approval provides increased liquidity and stability and allows the company to broaden its products and services.
The company is a growing mortgage banking firm: Over the past three years, the company says it has more than doubled its revenue and nearly doubled its employee base. Earlier this month, Inlanta opened another branch in Wisconsin.
