Informative Research has announced a new integration with ICE Mortgage Technology that allows loan officers seamlessly pull credit and verify income, assets and employment (VOA & VOE/I) directly from their mobile devices.
The new integration was carried out with the help of Mortgage Automation Technologies (MAT), the company behind The BIG Point of Sale, according to a press release.
The integration enables faster and more efficient loan origination, saving loan officers up to 10 minutes per file by automating key services.
Utilizing the ICE’s Partner Connect API, loan officers can now perform credit pulls and verifications in real time, with results automatically posting to Encompass.
This integration, powered by Informative Research’s AccountChek and credit products, streamlines the credit and verification processes, allowing loan officers to quickly access critical borrower data while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
