Irish home prices remained unchanged in March from the previous month, marking the first time since August 2010 that values were not in decline.
Bloomberg News, citing data from Ireland's Central Statistics Office, reports that year-over-year values were down 16.3%. Irish home values are nearly half of what they were at their peak in 2007.
In Dublin, property values rose 0.7% from February to March. This is the Irish capital's first monthly increase since May 2011. From a year earlier, however, Dublin home prices are down 18.3%.
