Waterstone Mortgage Corp. has opened a new location in Kyle, Texas, that will be managed by Lee Warbinton.
Warbinton has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry. She spent the previous 15 years of her career working in finance. She has lived and worked in the Austin area since 2010.
“I really enjoy meeting new people in the mortgage industry, as well as the fact that no two purchase transactions are ever the same,” Warbinton says, in a release. “Whether an individual is moving across the country for a new job or a couple is downsizing after 30 years in their home, it’s always rewarding to see buyers receive a set of keys to their new home.”
Warbinton specializes in finding mortgage solutions for homebuyers in unique situations, such as those that may have less-than-perfect credit.
