LenderClose Adds Five New Hires to its Team

LenderClose, a proprietary, technology-focused lending platform that injects speed and efficiency into the lending process, recently announced five new hires.

Rebecca Blitstein has joined the company as software engineer. Blitstein s a recent graduate of Adams State University in Alamosa, Colo., She earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science. While attending college, she gained exposure to software engineering during design and implementation of a Generative-Adversarial Neural Network (GAN)-based image reconstruction program, as well as a virtual simulation and analysis of a strategy board game. Blitstein also spent two years as a freelance software engineer. Her freelance work included full-stack development of a local bike shop website and contributions to GitHub programs in multiple languages. Blitstein brings a range of skills involving programming languages, as well as multiple software tools and technologies, to the fast-growing LenderClose technology team. 

In addition, Jordyn Farver has joined the company as business intelligence analyst. Farver is a graduate of Iowa State University in Ames, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Organized and detail-oriented, she brings to LenderClose an ability to prioritize workflow for maximum production. A former retention representative for internet service provider Windstream – a promotion received after one month with the company – Farver worked closely with customers to resolve concerns. For LenderCLose, Farver will gather data to look for industry trends and identify development needs that would further streamline business operations.

Also, Andrew Behr has joined the company as sales executive. Behr’s background includes building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships, as well as identifying growth opportunities and ensuring attainment of sales goals. In his most recent position as a recruitment supervisor at BerganKDV, Behr worked to connect individuals to the right financial and accounting opportunities. For LenderClose, Behr will draw on his experience personalizing solutions for business owners and C-level executives to spearhead sales initiatives and uncover new partnership opportunities. Behr earned a bachelor’s degree in sports and recreation management from the University of Iowa.

What’s more, Ken Dickerson has joined the company as sales executive. Dickerson brings a strong sales background and ability to pinpoint areas of cost reduction, increased ROI and customer satisfaction. His most recent positions include senior account executive at DHI Group, Inc., a recruiting firm for technology professionals; enterprise software sales executive at BirdDog HR (now ARCORO), a provider of modular human resource management solutions; and mid-market customer sales director for human resource management software company, SumTotal Systems. During his time in these roles, Dickerson was tasked with shifting sales processes and building a new commercial division, as well as penetrating new markets with multitouch campaigns. Dickerson’s accomplishments include quickly building a robust sales pipeline, overseeing multiple high-value accounts and directing appropriate resources to exceed business sales quotas. His expertise in sales processes spans cold calling, networking, prospecting, contract negotiation and closings. Dickerson served in the United States Marine Corps and earned a degree in business administration and management from American Military University.

Lastly, Jarvis Williams has joined the company as sales executive. He most recently worked for Aerotek, where he was a corporate services recruiter specializing in identifying corporate client needs and goals and matching them with the best candidate for the highest ROI. Prior to that, he was a management trainee for Enterprise-Rent-a-Car where in just a little more than one year, he established key strengths in sales interactions, including raising customer satisfaction levels and surpassing corporate averages. Williams brings a proven track record of driving sales and upsells while exceeding customer expectations and winning business over direct and indirect competitors. Williams earned his bachelor’s degree in parks, recreation and tourism with an emphasis in sports management from the University of Missouri in Columbia.
