Andrew Deignan has joined mortgage software firm LenderClose as director of operations.
Deignan has nearly 20 years of experience in operational leadership, the company says in a release. Over the span of his career, he has directed numerous continuous improvement initiatives, achieving up to 20-percent boosts in quality and production output and up to 200% reduction in expenses.
Most recently, Deignan served as vice president of operations at Equifax Inc., one of the three largest consumer credit reporting agencies. There, he supervised a team of more than 400 members spanning multiple domestic locations and countries across divisional boundaries.
In his new role with LenderClose, Deignan will manage the operations and vendor relationships group ensuring the company delivers the highest level of service to its credit union and community bank lender users.
