LenderLive Network Inc., a provider of business process outsourcing and technology to the financial industry, has purchased the assets of Colorado-based Guardian Mortgage Documents (GMD), which has provided document preparation services and software to the financial industry for 20 years.
GMD has worked for 10 years as the exclusive provider of document prep services to LenderLive, LenderLive notes. GMD will maintain its management, and operations will continue from its Lakewood, Colo., location.
