Mortgage industry veteran Lauren Pilon has joined LoanLogics, offering loan quality technology for mortgage manufacturing and loan acquisition, as chief of staff.
Before joining LoanLogics, Pilon spent more than 11 years at LendingTree, most recently as vice president of business operations, where she led the company’s OKR program in addition to overseeing operations across multiple business lines. Prior to that, she was senior director of the company’s project management office and director of strategic integrations. Pilon also held senior online and offline marketing management positions.
In her new role with LoanLogics, Pilon will oversee human resources and legal functions and take part in several strategic programs in collaboration with LoanLogics’ executive leadership team and its parent company, Sun Capital Partners.
Pilon stood out in the company’s search for a chief of staff due to her experience in leading high-profile strategic initiatives from inception to completion.
She is also an objectives and key results (OKR) expert who has applied this goal setting methodology to achieve cohesive collaboration across teams and drive operational excellence, LoanLogics says in a release.
