The LOGS NETWORK has entered a strategic legal and business relationship with Washington, D.C.-based mortgage banking law firm Weiner Brodsky Sidman Kider PC. The two organizations say they will provide mortgage bankers, servicers and investors with a more efficient, seamless and cost-effective solution to servicing and risk management needs.
LOGS says it will incorporate this business alliance in to its menu of servicing offerings and will use its technology to power more efficient communication tools, streamlined processing and expanded education and training opportunities for its clients.
Mitch Kider, managing member of Weiner Brodsky Sidman Kider PC, states that it ‘will focus on issues ranging from best practices and compliance, to litigation trends and how to properly evaluate and mitigate risk in a contested foreclosure or adversarial bankruptcy, as well as identifying when to escalate the file to special counsel.’ The firm's attorneys will be available to consult and evaluate from one end of the spectrum to the other, individual files to practices and processes.
