LoyaltyExpress, a provider of marketing automation and customer relationship management solutions for mortgage companies, reports that a major California-based lender has selected its MarketingCentral sales and marketing system to manage its marketing efforts for more than 300 loan officers.

MarketingCentral, which is easily integrated with back-end systems and third-party software, delivers comprehensive marketing services to lenders by combining high-quality marketing materials, easy-to-use SaaS technology and print fulfillment services, the company claims. Lenders can create marketing materials for any purpose, including rate sheets, open house sheets, tri-fold brochures, business cards and stationery, social media postings and special promotional items.
A dedicated LoyaltyExpress creative team develops and manages messaging, graphic design and image sourcing for each client.
Where designated, marketing materials that are created and modified by loan officers enter an automated approval loop for review by the lender's marketing and compliance staff for greater efficiency. Clients can download products as high-resolution PDFs to print locally or order printed materials to be shipped anywhere they choose.
