Damon Paxson has joined Orange County, Calif.-based LRES, a provider of appraisal and real estate owned management solutions, as vice president of homeowners association (HOA) services.
In this position, Paxson will manage all HOA-related products and functions, including HOA indentation, monitoring, estoppel services, negotiation services, payment of arrears and monthly payment services. Further, he will direct the implementation of operational strategies and processes within the department.
Paxson previously served as senior vice president of operations at Bank of America and also served as senior vice president for a diversified mortgage services company.
