Mantria Corp., based in Philadelphia, has launched Mantria Financial LLC – the first and only 100% green mortgage lender in the U.S., according to the company. Mantria Financial is a minority-owned business, with 51% controlled by president and chief operating officer Amanda Knorr (age 25). Knorr and co-founder Troy Wragg (age 26) are the youngest people to obtain a State Regulated Lending License in Tennessee.
‘As a clearly progressive corporation and in an effort to combat current market issues, we are proud to have created our very own 100-percent green lending institution,’ states Knorr. ‘To that end, we are aggressively pursuing capital raising and strategic advisor contacts to help us grow our business successfully, in accordance with sustainability and life standards.’
Mantria Financial is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mantria Corp., a member of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Climate Leaders.
