MiMutual Mortgage, the national retail channel for Michigan Mutual Inc., reports that it has opened a new branch in Eden Prairie, Minn., a suburb of Minneapolis.
The mortgage lender has been steadily growing its national footprint, having opened several branches this year, with plans to open three additional branches in the Western U.S. in the fourth quarter.
The new branch will be managed by Femi Oriogun, a mortgage industry professional with more than 20 years of experience. Oriogun was previously vice president at Finance of America in its consumer direct division. He also previously owned and operated his own mortgage company for a number of years.
Based in Port Huron, Mich., MiMutual Mortgage is licensed in more than 30 states and has branches nationwide. The growing, agency-direct lender has a variety of mortgage products, including non-qualified mortgage loans.
