Mortech Inc., a tech provider specializing in daily pricing, product decisioning and lead management, has made several new product enhancements to the Marksman System.
Upgrades to the system were specifically designed to address today's highly competitive and unstable industry, Mortech says. Recent updates to the robust solution include CRM developments, additions to Marksman's pricing engine and interactive lender communication tools.
Marskman has been enhanced to include personalized e-mail campaigns with which lenders can make a connection with prospects by adding loan officer photos, titles and Web sites to email messages sent to leads.
System users will now be able to make decisions by evaluating loan scenarios against all private mortgage insurance guidelines. Marksmen also includes an interactive, live communication tool that allows lenders to view and recover "unworked" leads, maximizing any company's lead generation efforts.
"Traffic light indicators" allow mortgage professionals to view the status of all investor rates in real time, Mortech says, and both management and loan officers can benefit from expanded reporting features, such as the ability to see where individuals rank within each company according to prospect response time.
Marksman Mobile has also been upgraded, providing additional modifications for mobile and non-mobile cross communications and a more user-friendly look and feel.
Other enhancements planned for this year include expansions on new and current integrations with loan origination system providers, the ability to add new government-mandated good-faith estimates to automated quotes, and additional partnerships with leading CRM companies.
