Jennifer Kasper has joined Danvers, Mass.-based Mortgage Network Inc., one of the largest independent mortgage lenders in the eastern U.S., as a senior loan officer in the company's Tampa, Fla., branch office.
In this role, Kasper will be responsible for serving homeowners and home buyers throughout the Tampa Bay region.
Kasper has 10 years of mortgage banking experience, specifically in the Tampa area. Most recently, she served as loan originator for PennyMac. Prior to that, Kasper served as a senior loan officer at Residential Finance Corp. and as a loan officer at CFIC Home Mortgage.

Kasper added that due to the steadily rising home prices in the Tampa Bay area, in addition to new loan programs, it is an ideal time for first-time and move-up buyers to pull the trigger.
