Mike Adams, a veteran mortgage professional with 28 years of experience, has joined Mortgage Network Inc. as a loan officer in the company's Andover, Mass., branch.
In this role, Adams will serve home buyers and homeowners throughout northeastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire.
Although mortgage rates remain near all-time lows, Adams says that locally, rising prices and low inventory pose challenges for buyers. ‘More than ever, buyers need to feel confident about their financing and know what their options are. To maximize their chances for success, it's critical that home buyers first consult with an experienced mortgage professional,’ he says.
Adams served as a loan originator at Stoneham Bank for the past 16 years.
