Mortgage Network reports that it has opened a new branch office in Bluffton, S.C., that will be managed by Brian Neumann.
The new office is in addition to the company’s other Southeast branches located in Hilton Head Island, Columbia and Mt. Pleasant S.C., as well as Charlotte, N.C.
Neumann is a 14-year veteran of the residential mortgage industry. He joined Mortgage Network 12 years ago.
A graduate of the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business, Neumann most recently served as a loan officer in the company’s Hilton Head office. He is licensed to do business in both South Carolina and Georgia.
Neumann will be joined by senior loan officer Sam Cavanaugh, who has 12 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industries. Cavanaugh has spent the past three years with Mortgage Network, also at the Hilton Head branch.
The new office in Bluffton is in addition to the company’s other Southeast branches located in Hilton Head Island, Columbia, and Mt. Pleasant S.C., as well as Charlotte in N.C.
Based in Danvers, Mass., Mortgage Network now has more than 45 branch offices in 27 states.
