MountainView Servicing Group is facilitating the sale of a Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae mortgage servicing rights (MSR) portfolio with about $4.2 billion of unpaid principal balance.
The portfolio features 100% fixed-rate and first-lien product, a weighted average original FICO score of 752, a weighted average original loan-to-value ratio of 75%, a weighted average interest rate of 4.19% and low delinquencies.
About 51.3% of the loans are in California, while about 8% are in Arizona, 5.9% are in Texas and 5.2% are in Colorado. The average loan size is $243,937.
‘We continue to see strong demand for the MSR asset,’ says Matt Maurer, managing director at MountainView, in a release. ‘And given the quality of this collateral from a well-capitalized seller, we expect this offering to sell at a strong level as well.’
Bids are due by Jan. 7.
